Shipping & Returns

We usually aim to get your orders delivered to you within 3-5 working days (although we try to dispatch same day or next working day) and will usually supply a tracking number when we have dispatched your order. This may be direct from us or from the courier.

UK DPD (mainland next working day otherwise two day service) £5.50

Europe £10, up to €150 the taxes are covered by us

DHL Europe £19.95, up to €150 the taxes are covered by us

Worldwide £20, orders up to £100

Worldwide £40, orders over £100

Please note all Royal Mail shipping times are an aim and not guaranteed. 

If you are unhappy with your order we welcome you to return the items unworn and in original packaging and condition within 14 days of shipment date.

Please use a recorded service for returning your order as it is your responsibility until we receive it back with us.

Alternatively you can use the handy return label we enclosed and take your parcel to your local Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Post Office Branch, the use of this service has a fee of £3 which will be deducted from your refund once we have received and processed your return. We do waiver this fee if you opt for an exchange and this exchange is possible or your items are faulty (we will check the fault on receipt). If there wasn't a label in your parcel you can print one here.

After we check your order we will refund your order, this can take up to 7-10 days depending which method of payment you used. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund delivery charges unless the item delivered was faulty.
